All methods work, provided money management and position sizing is applied properly. I went through a chain of systems and this is the one i settled on. I still continue to test other systems and keep shifting to ones that i feel more comfortable wt...

essentially all systems are derivative of price... so doesnt matter which one u follow....

My today level are as below

H1 - 4990.65
H2 - 4997.70
H3 - 5004.75
H4 - 5025.90

L1 - 4976.55
L2 - 4969.50
L3 - 4962.45
L4 - 4941.31

Please advise on how you calculate the levels.

You'll have to goto www.nseindia.com and find the high, low and the ADJUSTED CLOSE. Problem with afl is, it works with Last traded price (LTP) and sometimes, the High / low of the day is not registered by RT service provider.

Like for today, high low and close are , 4995.6, 4937.15 and 4948.55

thanks Linkon... My High/Low are matching but not the close.. probably the RT services ends at 03:30pm and from 03:45 exchange re-opens for short-time for aution/square-offs which alters the close price..

Will take care of this...

A series of lower Highs and Lower lows.


The range for todays trade was 58 points which is the lowest of the last 13 days. We have our Nr7 day, infact its a Nr13 day. lol.

Only positive is that almost all experts on cnbc are expecting 4800 - 4850 and market loves to act against consensus. Apart from that all TF from 15 min to daily are all bearish. We opened almost at the high and closed at the low. This normally follows with a gap down.

A close above 4972 (yesterdays low) or 4995 (todays high) is very important for any hope of end to the correction.

Yesterday's low acted as the trend decider for todays trade.

Tomorrow's cam level of 4980 (H4) is the only zone above which i expect to be long.

I'll ignore L3 level (4932) for going long as previous day was a nr7 day and will be used as stop loss in case L4 (4916) breaks.

Fibonacci retracement wise,

We have 4939 at the 38% retracement level. Any break below this should give us 4861 (50%) as tgt.
