Reminded me of the day they came out with a Rs 500 moblie handset many years back and compulsory CDMA recharges along with it.(if I remember correctly some Rs 3000 to 4000).

Maybe such schemes will lift their dwindling business and clear off some of their massive debts.

I think its Reliance Jio is RILs entry into telecom.Its not Rcom.
