In big politics everyone are for himself and himself only, there is no such thing as you describe there for whatever reason you may only have. So like other posters I am not sure what you mean here by that big politics anyway. Care to explain that please or not ?

america and russia make weapons , to sell weapons we need wars, so why not create small uprisings ? these has been continuing after cold-war when both these countries had large swathes of unused armaments
