SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

Dear sunirhs & timepass,

I have seen the excel file posted by sunilrhs indicating 5 DMA.
1. Can u pl tell the concept that is being suggested unable to get fr file?
2. Is it SMA or EMA?
I think it is SMA because it uses the =average() function of excel. I request sunilrhs to start a new thread about this.

on 21 apr 2009 we long at 232.50 and now we would put a trailing SL only once our position moves to 244 (5% up) ....that was our situation on 21 apr 2009 right?

BUT if on 26 may 2009 cross over happen end of tha day at 195 ..then we must exit with loss 37.5(232.5-195=37.5) and go for short as per 315 rule....?????

any solution of this situation??
