Question about Market Correlation

Hello,
A basic question,
Why do our markets move along with us markets and not counter to it ? If US stocks are rising that means money is going out of all nations to buy stocks in USA .. right ? then shouldn't our market FALL if US market rises? So, how does it work ? ..

Trading is between individual entities, not nations.
