Problem with Integrated Enterprises DMAT Account:

I have opened a DEMAT trading account with Integrated Enterprises. I am able to login online and can check my Account balances. Even I have requested for a DP Book recently,

but when I requested for change of address, I got a reply saying my Signature is not tallying, so they expressed their inability to change my address or bank account.

Later I have sent several letters to them again and again explaining the problem, and I get to hear the same reply, that my signature is not tallying.

What more needs to be done, I have provided even my passport copy as proof to substantiate my signature. So many mails and letters are exchanged. Finally I have given up. Not knowing what to do..I

Is this another way to retain the customer and maintain their brokerage.:rolleyes::confused:
