As told few days back, roller coaster ride for south direction had started.

My target during that time was 4100.

But after todays behaviour in market, i think south direction move is over.

It may go down max to 4280. Not below that.

Now i think its time to sit in a rider towards North Direction.

I think Sensex will be up tommorow on 18th June 2009 by around 650-700 points.

I think Nifty will expire at 4750 after touching 4800 this month.

I may be wrong, but i think so.

Hi,

I just want to say Options are not for us.

It is the worst underlying being traded in Stock Market.

I lost my major capital in Options.

Please Please dont trade in it.

Trade either futures or equities.

Rest is your wish.

Yes its safe.

But only Futures of NIFTY.

Futures of stock are again a dangerous thing.

People generally think they need to give more margin money to buy Futures. Even i was thinking so.

But it is worth.

For eg: If NIFTY is 4500 on tuesday. And on tuesday you buy Call / PUT.
On Wednesday, NIFTY is between 4990-4510. Whatever you have bought either Call / PUT. Boths value will go down. This is becaz there is time value attached to options. This really sucks.

In futures there is no time value.

Only concern with Futures is they require hugfe premium, but i think its worth.

I also never traded Futures, becaz it requires huge premium. But its anyways better than Options.

My opinion is dont try to predicit market. Go with the market with appropriate stoploss
