PlotText changes position to wrong bar whe scaling in or out

i want to mark some texts to a specific bar , ive imported from csv file and succesfully ploted using plottext by passing barcount as a parameter but the text changes its bar when scaling zoom in or zoom out.
Please help me with solution how to fix that
