thanks for the mail. but that historical FII data is available in NSE website to download anytime.
we need historical FII Open Interest Data from "Participant wise Open Interest(csv)" http://www.nseindia.com/products/content/derivatives/equities/homepage_fo.htm -- this historical data is not available in NSE website before Jan-2012.
but in historical archive these reports are not available?
if have link then post, so i will bookmark it.

IMO they recently start publishing Participant data. still will try to find.

There is no link in NSE Archive, but its a simple trick to get it. e.g.:

Yesterday's data link: http://www.nseindia.com/content/fo/fii_stats_14-May-2012.xls

now, for example you need data for 16-May-2011 then manually modified link will be: http://www.nseindia.com/content/fo/fii_stats_16-May-2011.xls

Change the date to get previous data.

To download multiple data, create links in excel file for 1 month with date 1 to 31 and click the link in excel file to directly open the data OR copy paste in chrome browser to download one by one. To download another month's data, simply replace month name in all links in excel file by only one click of "replace" command of excel.

Update: As mentioned in this earlier post http://www.traderji.com/derivatives...uture-market-put-call-ratio-5.html#post676454 about nifty fall of 500 points in the month of May, nifty has completed 490.65 points journey so far. Also I mentioned that last day may not be at bottom of 500 points, so I am expecting next week as UP and last week as DOWN but most probably F&O expiry above 4788-- Lets see what happens on 31st May :p
