Re: BankNifty Intraday Pivot Points

Hi Anil,

Thank You, Had A Very Pleasant Trip, Dotted With Events Beyond My Control, Resulting In Returning Back Late.

Give The Pivot Trading A Miss, BUY 1 Lot Of July BNF Again Today, You May Not Witness A Dip, Therefore Just Observe & BUY On Dip, If You See It Jump When The Market Opens, If It Opens With A Little Bit On The Upside, Then BUY It Immediately.

Re: BankNifty Intraday Pivot Points

Hi Penchant,

It Is Quite Ok For Entry Just Hold & Don't Tamper With It For Today.

Unless & Until It Reaches A Point Where Your Profit Target Is Achieved For The Day, Otherwise Wait For About 7560

Re: Nifty Intraday Pivot Points for 22nd June 2009

Hi WOD,

Experience Doesn't Come Packed In A Bottle, It Is Something One Gains Over A Long Period Of Time...Depending On Ones Dedication.

I Wish It Was As Easy To Impart Experience As Posting Triggers & Systems.

While My View Maybe Contrary To Consensus....I Would Like To Stick With It For Now, Till I See 3 Consecutive Closing Below 4181.00

Experience in the sense that I was asking about the technical indicator or patterns that you are able to see (which we are not) for nifty to go from bearish to bullish in short term of 2 days......

Savanji, we are new to this buisenss, as against you having lot of expereince. That's the reason we seek guidence from you to see what we are not able to see.

You could be ours guiding light and thats the only way I am seeing it.......

And forgive me, if at any point I make some mistake and that I cross my line..

Thanks.......

Re: Nifty Intraday Pivot Points for 22nd June 2009

Hi WOD,

First Things First I Don't Have Any Such Secret Indicators That I Can Say It Is Going To Go Up From Now On....Everything That I Know Has Been Revealed....Except For Some Tweaks That I Am Working On Presently.....

Rest Is Just Observing Everything That Is Hapening Around Us....& Being Able Read Between Lines....Of What Is Said On Channels...

Everything Is Not Always On The Charts.....& Whatever Is Done By Computers, Charting Software, Indicators.....Etc...Etc..They Are All Created By Humans....Human Mind Will Always Reign Supreme....

Just...See With Your Eyes, Hear With Your Ears & Most Importantly Think With Your Brains.....

Re: BankNifty Intraday Pivot Points

Savant sir,

Had a tough day today at the market.

In the morning I did not look at you reply and took a short position on Bank Nifty July futures at 7350.

And then i looked at your post and panicked and squared it off at 7403.

And then i bought 2 lots at 7375 and 7360 respectively.

Now I understand that I did not follow your advice and I am in a slight soup. Is there a way I can salvage this situation.

And yes always remember to keep a little bit of a contrarian mind too - especially in the Stock Market (heeyyyy I just noticed .. SM - Stock Market :D).

Right from 2800, see --- when ppl looking down, mkt up --- at 3200 ppl expecting Huge correction, mkt up --- at 3500 ppl expecting selloff and down circuit, mkt up --- at 4200 ppl sold in expectation of covering at lower levels, mkt up. At 4700 ppl expecting 4800, 5100 -- Bingo :) Mkt Down, now at 4200 ....

Guess on ....

:D Right Savant Sir

Hi Anil,

I Guess Your First Action Of Short Was Correct....Anyways, Looks Like Today First Half Is Not Going To Be Very Good...Second Half May Recover, Let's See How It Goes.

Exit Of 7980 Only Gets Triggered When BNF Exceeds 70 Points, Means When BNF Reaches 8060.00 That Is When A Trader Would Keep S/L Of 7980.00
