dear rk sir and ajesh,

first thing that if i wud have to buy the put(though i don't trade in puts and calls) then i wud buy at 4800. so that if i am wrong also(as i said that this time i am not 100% sure) so i wud cover that at the level of 4820(means the risk is only broke)

and at the level of 4800 it wud be cheaper also, because if nifty able to close above once in near future then ur put will definately give the loss.

so if u have to take risk then take at 4647 and at 4803.

magnet calls for monday

as expected mkt took u turn and closed near our support.

now 2maro 4495(spot)i wud be crucial,below this it will try to kiss 4455 and above this it will move up to 4570

conclusion

buy nifty at 4495(spot) with sl of 4492(spot)
sell nifty if breaks 4495 for tgt of 4455(spot)

if goes 40-50 points up from closing then sell it a again for the tgt of 4495(spot)

overall if we sustain 4445 then major tgt is 4647

what went wrong on friday?

see this boardening triangle pattern was started from the level of 4110 or 4100

now i was thinking that it has been started from 4110
so that is why i calulated all the tgt and res with 4110

i gave the tgt a and res. of 4325 based on the low of 4110, mkt took u turn from 4328
and then i said that crossover 4325 will tgt 4450 , again based on 4110

after that i gave the tgt and res. of 4510 based on 4110, but mkt took u turn from 4502

after crossover 4510, i gave tgt and res of 4555 based on 4110, but mkt took u turn from 4547

now after these two happening i found that if we take low as 4100, then 4502 and 4547 r just perfect res.

then i gave the tgt and res of 4572, this time it was based on the low of 4100
and they crossed it easily

after it made the high of 4581 i calculated once again based on the low of 4110 then i found that this just perfect high
that was the reason that i have used the word manuplation,

they do this every time, specially to confuse those who says we r technical analyst
when mkt was crashed upto 3555, they made two lows 3617 and 3634(i am talking about channel start)

at the level of 2834 also they made another low of 2874.

in my view this is done for creating confusion amongst those people, who says that we r technical analyst

at the time of 4502 and 4547 they used the low as 4100(wherever the real low was 4110) and at the level of 4581 they used the 4110

that is why i said was that a manuplation?

Seems a good post magnet,
well i do play nifty with my own style. i feel we can discuss a lot. right now i am trying to play volatility explosion depending on fed reaction, with a target date of 18-19. i had created a position of 350-350 nifty 4500 call-put lot with avg price of 171 per nifty lot position. time stop loss is 19 max. but positions have been made on 12-13-14.
my prime motto in all my trade remains to reduce risk as far as possible.
any comment ,u wud like to share
