I have few shares in physical format of ICI India Ltd (Indian Explosives India ltd) which was later on purchased by Akzo Nobel Ltd.
This takeover happened many years back but I didn't got to know. I would like to know what can I do with those physical shares. Will the company exchange them with new Akzo Nobel shares and if anyone has any idea (history information) at what ratio will shares be exchanged.
