Tuna ji i do not beleive in backtesting as one is assuming that what happened in the past shall happen again. But if you really want to backtest something just do this small exercise and be amazed with the results. Just Buy on hourly breakout of OBV and sell with BD of the last BO. Always in trade either long or short. Give me the results.

Let me make it easier for you. I have data only till august. Posting a Daily chart. Only 3 signals as per the method described above. (2400-2800 Points were on offer in these 2 months without any heroics).

What would be the SL, in the second entry it seems SL would have been hit.

Manish ji how can stop loss have been hit. Our stop loss is based on OBV not price. So in times like this when the price SL is not known you can always buy a put alongwith the future.

Please share your view on Bajaj Finance, as sell off happened in the market in second half it also fell some 30 points. How was the volume of sell off. Also if you can share views in BankNifty.
