Is this Ispat Industries the same thing as Mittal Steel NV,of which I have bought 100 shares on the NYSE ?

watch this scripe for long time investment,ispat is a veary good camapny. if u buy more share in less value, u can avarege u r loss. means if u buy this stock @ 28.5 now u buy this stock @ rate rs 20.00
