What do u make of Southern Ispat Industries?

Hi, can some one, pls look @ Southern ispat industries from a fundamental view? Stock trading @ very low p/E , & last year's profit growth is very impressive. My broker has recommended buying @ Rs. 8 with 1 yrs tgt > 20, SL rs. 4.5. Pls advise.
