Incorporated in 1999, IndiaMART InterMESH Limited is an online marketplace (B2B) where business buyers and suppliers can connect to each other for product and services. The company offers a listing of product and services across 52 industries.

India Mart offers subscription packages on a monthly, yearly and multi-year basis for small and medium suppliers to access lead management system, RFQs, 3rd party online payment gateway and listing of the supplier storefronts on an online marketplace.

The company earns revenue from the subscription packages, advertising, sale of RFQ credits and offering payment facilitation service.

search any product and INDIA Mart link is first when you really wanted is to go to flikart :p didn't knew they earned so much from subscription !!
True! But the company is not well organized. Read this:
The company’s operating revenue increased to Rs403.5 crore in fiscal 2018 from Rs308.6 crore in the previous year. However, losses widened to Rs72.4 crore in fiscal 2018 against a loss of Rs13 crore in the previous financial year.

Only sentiment matters in a marketplace, you never know might give stellar IPO return in case you get holdings but IMO definitely not for long-term, not at this time - might be another case of JustDial (2014 @ Rs.1600/- 5 years later not even half). The management is not like Damani's DMART. Judging the purpose of this IPO, seems like a loan from public to clear debts, not capital growth. So :down: to this IPO.
