How to know the Call/Put Buyer & Seller

In Option Chain Data, how to know that in the Call/Put side how many Shares are in Buy mode & Sell mode.
Suppose I see that there are 1.5 lacs OI build in Call/Put side for a specific Strike Price, out of them how many has had sell that Strike and how many had buy that Strike.
Is there any way to know that?
