how to Add historical data to metastock

Help needed
Recently i got metastock 10.1 also i have historical data from 1994 to 25 jan 2010 all in metastock format. The problem is I don't know how to feed them into metastock. I use amibroker and it is relatively much easier. Please tell me the steps to add data to metastock.

if it is in metastock format no need to feed ....just launch metastock ....file-->open & browse to u r MS DB folder & select any file u want.....

just make sure MS data u have is adjusted for splits n bonus n symbol change....
doing analysis on wrong data ....is just like suicide....
