Depends on the requirement of yours...

If you are a real long-term investor and do not monitor your trades on day-to-day basis, any well-known broker like Indiabulls, Religare, Sharekhan, Reliancemoney, India Infoline etc is sufficient for the purpose (Plz don't choose the banks to open trading a/c)...

But if you want to trade the markets frequently, try to find some discount broker or fixed cost broker like RKGlobal, Zerodha, Bezel etc... Go through the broker section of the forum to read the threads about all these brokers and make your decision...
