would be expensive but still it people agree (Although I am ok with 12 afternoon snacks/coffee too)...

Then we decided from there what to do ?
When we decided 12 pm time main reason was at that time it wont that much rush compare to evening.

I am very close to R city and last when i visited R city , the Foodcourt was under renovation that was abt 15 days back .

I guess we should look for a place which will be less crowded , Food court on a sunday will be very crowded and hence i suggest we move to United cafe bar( slightly expensive) , which would be less crowded than other dine in restaurants in R City. There is sals pizza (Pizza + Drinks + Cheap) on way to Powai , which is usually empty and not that expensive too , rest take your call. Assuming we meet for 1.5-2.0 hrs , we should look for a place which does not get high on demand on weekends.

People are more interested eat/drink than meet and discussions
No use of postpone meet.
There are already 8 members confirmed for meet.[Leave steve out.I spoke to him he said if his health permit he will come]
Now i know why ST was not showed interest in thread
Hyderabad/Bangalore members are far better in keeping meet up organised [Meet have Conversations,tea and go home ] sidhi baat no bakwas.

For R City Mall thing give some time
I call check if food court is open or not or else phoenix mall kurla

Next time i am going to suggest garden for meet up like Hyderabad ppl...
