General Trading Chat

Well.. Its sad and horrifying that a lot of retail investors entered mid/small caps at the high end. I personally know people who bought stocks like Vakrangee at 450 levels and Butterfly at 600 levels thereby losing 50-80% of their money. I wont be surprised if both Mid/small cap indices fall further from here.

I understand your pain. Sometimes, these small caps may take years to bounce back to levels we buy. Is 140 your entry in REC or you trapped at higher levels? Just curious.
I started buying in small bits - highest at 146 and last tranche at 122. I still have about 50% cash in hand allocated to REC but I don't see the point of pouring anything in it anymore. Same story with BEL too Riskyman sir.
BEL may start it’s upmove from now on *hopefully*

Dear ST Da
some days back In one of your post related to how to trade weak trend by pivot method. You have suggested there that instead of buying breakout, we should buy in dips in intraday trading.
Can you please explain it with one chart to give it more clearity..On what point, should we enter, as we are not entering on pivot breakout? so whats our entry criteria & where should we enter?
Thanks

Yes. I agree on the long term impact. But as a trader, I’m more worried about the news that has immediate impact to the market.
