All one can do is buy the dips.

This is after verdict has been delivered but we need to know that a day or two before that a case is likely to be taken regarding something in supreme court ..so we could avoid taking position in that particular stock or stocks... The case would have been listed in advance...the only question did any newspaper or site reported about it..if yes ..plz let me know

I dont think if any newspaper publish such news 1-2 days in advance, though may publish such news on the day of verdict.
However, you may get such info (though not sure) from Supreme Court or High Courts websites, as such cases are listed for verdict, well in advance. But you have to dig a lot to get such info.
