Strange, they are very particular about it. Post it in their thread and send them a mail about it.

Remind them on [email protected]. I got my brokerage refund in 3-4 days after reminding them...but I always had to remind them in past too and that takes away the fun from winning.

This isnt my first win and not that excited. As ST said theres no fun in begging for your reward and the reward isnt too gr8 as I dont generate much brokerage.

To my mind its no longer a reward. Its like a cost saving tool where you ask otherwise you wont get the discount.
