Market is another 20% down in last two month.

If u remeber in jan i have told that Market may test lower level 8300-7700-6200.

now I am expecting 7700 to be reach. on 7700 one can buy small quantity for short term pullback rally.

I was expecting the rally till 10000-10400 but the rally extends nearly 11500.

the question is now
1. weather new bull cycle already started
or
2. this is a kind of bear market rally.

as per my view it 2nd. so where we will be heading from here? offcourse if we are still in bear market so we will go down again. so better is keep booking profit at higher level.

the most important thing is election result. so my suggestion is to generate cash before the election result.

Finally Election is over and result is very good for the market, so we will see on monday 500+ rise and in ST(short term) to MT targate of around 14000+. Now we can say that market already bottomed out.

2. Ketan parekh factor. (Read ET)
3. Crude oil is going up very fast.
4. sensex/nifty PE ratio is 21.
5. Lots of good news.
6. Hearing targate of 19500(morgan), 21000(moneycotrol), 26000(friend)
7. Lots of tip flowing.

so caution is adviced as market can correct heavily from here in next 1-2 month.

Start booking profit at every high.

Caution is adviced i smallcap stocks. As today many stock close in lower circuit which are in UC. Today smallcap is corrected 1%.
