Information about the TrueData Velocity updated
Version 4.0.0.1124

Dear Sir / Madam,

1) The Velocity upgrade has been smooth for users who were using 1 min database time frame.
2) The challenge has been tick data users. The update seems to have thrown issues for users downloading more than a day of tick data and the issue is not going even by reverting to the older version of Velocity 2.0.
3) If you are using tick data then you may face issues for now. Till we can work on the solution, you are requested to work with 1 min db time frame for the time being till we can resolve this issue and then provide you support to continue with the upgrade again.
4) This time we would be providing the upgrade gradually to users as our support cannot possibly handle all users at the same time. You would not find the update prompt now even if you have Velocity version 4.0.0.1121. Once we are ready for you, we will get in touch with you and help you with the set up required.

We require your cooperation as we try to overcome these challenges and improve this product.

Thanks bro for this information.
Although they should have done extensive testing before releasing the update to the user base. Such issues could cause lots of troubles to the traders during live markets.
