Using BB technique , do you trade only Nifty Future or any other stocks also ??
Hi sunnyraj,

Most the BB techniques were developed by me ,when I was trading NIFTY
FUTURES.At present ,I am concentrating on nifty options. The reason is
Options are relatively less expensive.I feel BB techniques works on all
Instruments , only thing is we have to choose appropiate time frame depending oN the type of instrument.

Are these what are referred to as "Guppy Averages"?

I can see that Bollinger Band is plotted as Green (upper) White (centre) and Dull-Red (lower)

Where is the price line? Can't seem to locate it...

What are those two remaining white lines that encapsulate (and flow) with the averages?

Hi mastermind007,

Yes ,these are known as a sort of GUPPY AVERAGES.
As rightly pointed out by you, these AVERAGES are
sandwiched ,within the BB.

The EXTREME exponential averages are denoted in
WHITE colour and all other in Blue/Red depending
Bullish/Bearish periods.

Since the objective of the chart is to plot Trend lines
rather than Price line, it is not denoted.

By choosing the colour of Candles as BLACK, simply
they will go into Background.

Columbus Sir,
Can this strategy works with MCX silver or crude?
Hi sintona,

The recent charts in this thread are positional in nature.
But this methodology can be applied to INTRA-DAY basis also.
Only thing is ,we have to choose appropriate TIME FRAME.
For Nifty a time frames of 3min/5min are good.
I never did trading in commodities .
I think 15min/30min or 10min/20 min will be as good.
It is better to have charts in TWO time frames ,just for confirmation.
