Any rule/law which the Government makes has to be followed 100 % in BOTH LETTER AS WELL AS SPIRIT.
Please be informed that as forum we cannot encourage anything which is not 100 % in compliance with the letter and spirit of any law....making money by violating laws ( in letter or in spirit or both ) is not acceptable here.....

You are mixing up things. There is no confusion anywhere. There is nothing wrong in Fx broking,Fx brokers advertising or even Fx trading. What is wrong and not allowed is violating laws or bending them or circumventing them. If any member can open an account and trade without violating any law of the country he is welcome to do that. But saying that these laws are not right, how we can violate them and not get caught is not right.

One can discuss forex market, charts, technical analysis etc but if the thread starts discussing how to violate /bend laws then it will run into problems. In the area of forex we have observed some threads doing that and we are watching them and we will certainly not turn a blind eye towards them.
