15min candles high/low to trade intraday.
recently switched to lower tf

Knowledge comes first, then understanding the market..screen time, backtesting with historical data, paper trading, real trading with little capital, emotional control, money management, etc etc...
Successful trading is a long long process, a journey... not a ready-made system or some mathematical numbers(using some formulas) for beginners...

higher the tf lower the whipsaws.
