Anybody can create afl for dynamic system

mr munde for nifty am getting on average 130-150 points by trading using dts system for intraday and for positional i follow dts calls directly which they provide via yahoo

The Dynamic System has something called as SPEED SIGNAL and SPEED TREND. The Speed Siganl is 9 day EMA cross over ...Too bad i paid 50K for this..something good is the whipsaws for 26 EMA cross over is taken care to some extent. Extreame Whipsaws in 2009 is not properly handled well and continued trend resulting in losses.

can you tell more about dynamic system for me to develop the same in python (even i am using dynamic system and live by paying 1.5 lakhs)
