Never :D...if it done here in india that officer who arrested got transfered to any outer place with immediate effect...and he may get punsished by some goondas of that person...(in india all poiltician/thier relatives/filmstars etc having their own goondas to take action:)...

Forget about the 'Transfer' ,the officer reaching home safely ,is doubtful.
