Could not get through the telephone numbers and got all awkward answers when got through.had couple of lacs in my account. the incidence completly shopok me, so just withdrew my money as fast as possible. Am also trading with man fiancial (MF Global) , they were normal during the crash although increased the margin like all other brokers did. So credibility may be big question mark. am scred to stsrt the trading again ther in RK

Dear gmax,
I am a day trader.Currently trading with Sharekhan.They are taking 2.5 paisa per trade.That is too high for a trader like me.Indiabulls offered me 2 paisa.But I thought rkglobal is a fine bet with 9 rs a lot.They told me 336 rs. monthly is d charge for their odin.Now,if I get cut off from their odin terminal after taking a position in nifty,to square it off I can phone them,as the lady told me(and no charge for it).
My question to u:
1.How is rkglobal odin terminal as a whole(including getting disconnected frequently and other problems) for a day trader who never holds an overnight position.
2.How the telephonic trade-execution when odin is not working(phone busy or not answering etc.)?
3.Any other problem that is not convnient for a day trader?

Hi RK Sir,

I think Rs.9999 is only the brokerage charge (somethink like 75 Rs/per lot in Geojit, which i am currently using).... and what about STT and other taxes?
Will all those levies be charged for each lot? and if so, how much that will cost?

i wonder why people really call names to good service providers.
i myself trading with rk for more than a year, but no problem yet, and their cust. service is really good and helpful.

Hari,

Ask Parasram. Free software (Trade anywhere 4.2) zero delay with no tech problems, brokerage .03 paisa that can be reduce if u bargain........no extra chargses at all.....

Few problems with them.......u can't get EOD graphs, if u put a trade through phone it will not appear at ur terminal......., can not export tick-data to excle.

Thanks cactus for the answer.Well,0.03%(3 paisa) is a brokerage which I will not pay to ne broker with my current intraday scalping.It is toooooooo big.About not getting EOD graphs and not being able to export data to excel:no problem,that's not what for we snould look for a broker; for cheap brokerage,fast trade execution,good customer service rather. Data vendors are there to take care of charting n stuff.

One interesting thing u pointed:a trade through phone will not appear at terminal! How can I see profit/loss of that trade then? Is this going to be in the contract note?

0.02 is also big for a professional scalper of nifty.It should be low flat rate.Trying my luck with rkglobal.9 rs per lot is exciting.Hope things will go in d right direction.

then why not kotak with their free keat platform
rs 9/lot.
(some says keat a bit slow....plzz see it live with kotak's guys)

hmmm....kotak will be in d list too then.
debashis,can u confirm if kotak provides odin diet or not....i don't care if they charge for it.
