In my opinion, the best indicator which combines both price and volume is 'Twiggs Money Flow' (TMF). TMF in turn is a variation of Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) indicator. CMF is an improvement over Accumulation/Distribution indicator developed by the legendary trader Larry Williams.

Just search the web for more detailed explanations of the above mentioned indicators.

Cheers
GJ

There is nothing best or worst in this regards actually it all depends on what u need to acheive and way you design your system or strategies IMO like 99% of traders fail over time bcoz of basic flaw in their system or strategy design and even in this forum almost 99.99% of system are flawed basically in many aspects and its just my opinion only and dont think i am trying to attack any one here, to be simple when u cant understand price series u cant design a system with +ve edge

from my analysis even with a flawed system (the assumption being that the worst flawed system considers price as random), with a proper money management technique, you can start off pretty well (dont expect to be a wizard).
