Guy u dont know about pms(portfolio management service).A pms and its fund manager sud must registered with sebi.U can see registered fund managers list on sebi website.In pms a/c there is also trading and demat a/c with pms manager.Kindly check is Ass(gadha)wani gujral registered fund manager on sebi site.If not sue him in court.
Renound speculator of india Mr Anirudh Sethi had banned by sebi on this matter bcoz he had no pms registration. |
