Windows 7,Odin Diet and Reliance Netconnect Broadband

I am using tradetiger of sharekhan in XP service pack 3. I want to install windows 7. but i came to know that there is some login problem in odin login on win 7. so is it better to stay on XP or install Win 7 ???? I am using BSNL broadband Connection. My System is dual core 3 GHz with 1.5 GB ram. Is there any difference in Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit & 64 Bit ?????

It is better to stay with XP 3. FYI I recently bought laptop with Win7, but Reliagre ODIN does not work with it. Also RK Global told me that their ODIN doesn't support data card in Win 7. Hence I downgraded my laptop to XP. Now it working normal.

Win 7 desktop is working fine. But with datacard it is having problems, I already tested with Religare ODIN. Hence I downgrade.
