One question, why it is in Broker Office ?

If broker if offering place, then it is marketing and adding clients !!!!.

I agree with you, If meeting is in Brokers Office, then motive is different.

- Why broker use to allow meet outsiders in there office that too in Saturday.
- Outside you can have in Amba Mall in Chennai, you have good coffee shop.

If broker office, then i am 100% sure, this is pure marketing activity.
