Are there any more information you get from YouTube about this problem like: In your country we not can show this video or any more informations?

I am using firefox only.
I tried on Interner Explorer. I seldom use IE now.
On my IPAD (Safari) ,I am able to watch videos.

I clean cache using ccleaner of PIRIFORM.
Since i am able watch videos on IPAD ,i am not too much attention .

Sometimes the important market data-packets are incorrectly received by the specific application on a specific computer. Hence the error. I suppose it should work after sufficient number of refreshes and cleaning by cccleaner.

Generally this happens many times if your internet connection is slow or intermittent.
If you reload the page , it may start again.

Does this happen with only one Youtube video or all the YouTube videos?
