Thanks DAN.Both BROWSER & FLASHPLAYER are updated.

Try 9.. a different browser. Here it worked both on chrome and firefox.
I am using firefox only.
I tried on Interner Explorer. I seldom use IE now.
On my IPAD (Safari) ,I am able to watch videos.

I clean cache using ccleaner of PIRIFORM.
Since i am able watch videos on IPAD ,i am not too much attention .

Sometimes the important market data-packets are incorrectly received by the specific application on a specific computer. Hence the error. I suppose it should work after sufficient number of refreshes and cleaning by cccleaner. ;)

Generally this happens many times if your internet connection is slow or intermittent.
If you reload the page , it may start again.

Does this happen with only one Youtube video or all the YouTube videos?
Some help from the net regarding this issue.
