Right time to Buy Shares???

Hi,

Now the Market is booming like anything.. I want to invest Rs. 5000 on shares. Is this the correct time to buy shares of some company. If so What company's shares should I buy so that I will come out without any loss..

Suggest me...

Long term investment shares

Please can you suggest me some shares which will give long term beneficts.Like after 2 to 5 years.

You can choose any from RPL, RIL, Tata steel, bajaj-auto, L&T, Telecom (airtel, rel com, idea)... thanks
