Today tried my favorite covered trade...


Rules are very simple...
1. Play when price around multiples of 100 like 7600 7500 ect..
2. Anticipate the possible direction
3. If you want to trade up side then BUY NF + SELL ATM CE and for down side SELL NF + SELL ATM PE with equal lots.(as simple as covered call or covered put)
4. Exit at your SL or when your M2M is satisfactory to you!

Today it gave me around 30+ points!

Its a kind of reduced risk technique where your stop-loss is stretched/leveraged!!!

Even now the situation is favorable for exit with 50+ points profits see the pic below

Bearish Spread @ +2820
Both sides Structure @ +5100
Bullish Spread @ +2200 (Planning to exit if no bounce by next week)
Iron Condor @ +1600 (Exited at BE with Profits)

OI matrix today..



MAX OI - Same
OI MAX PAIN - Down to 7500 from 7600

HOI - intact @ 8000CE and 7500PE while 7500PE is marginal with other PE strikes as well as Last time 7500 turned RES to SUP.... this time is it turning SUP to RES??

As we discussed earlier bears looking at 7300 as tentative base, because-
MAX OI - 7500PE to 7300PE AWA 7500PE see max addition on CE side and max reduction in PE side.

MAX PAIN still @ 7500

Its interesting to watch 7500 level in co relation to above data set!!
