yes ..you are right.. option trading is all about discipline.. and 100% controll over emotions.. i feel i still lack both.. trying very hard on discipline.. wenever i lose i know it is always lack of discpline and braking of rules..

then only they come to future then cash market.
I think it is true.
But, how to know that for individual stocks in trading time?
Any web site tells about it?

Most of the things we read about options is from abroad, in India the same strategy wont work. We are still far far behind in liquidity in options. Here the second month optins are absolutely illiquid whereas options of even tenth month are quiet liquid in USA. Liquidity is only in a few individual stocks other than Nifty. Hopefully with new products being considered by SEBI the liquidity may go up.
You can get details abt individual stock option during mkt time from NSE website.

Dear Friend,

Ambuja Cement 160 CA @0.85, see no liquidity. Regarding infosys 1800CA @59. I would suggest exit and buy 1620 put instead.

IT is very bearish and would remain unless these guys change there business models, dependence on US to others where they can show good profits. Only forex hedging won't help.
