if gaps down below it can it be called a failure?
For failure confirmation we have to wait for 6290 level (that is yestarday low)

hi
as per post number 14 after the break of 6290 nifty went to 6100 levels for today(expiry)
market may remain in the triangle zone( if breaks then target of triangle for lower side

Dear XRAY27 Sir ,
It is looks like " DEAD CAT BOUNCE PATTREN "

" Low breaking is very importent"

Some question cropped up in mind while going through this post.
How wrong would I be if I say that "dead cat bounce" are identified only after the event ! (When mkt recovers from a big gap down, at what point we know its going to be a DCB or a V shape recovery?)
What differentiates a "Dead Cat Bounce" from a "Rebound" ?

Dear RK Karnani sir

in my knowledge dead cat bounce formation prosses

gap---- big drop ----- recover price ----- gap not filled ----- swing low break -----

price falling down

vise versa in raising gap ---- raise in price----- drop price -----gap not filled ---- up ward swing break out ---- price raise

all the best if experts find any thing please share your ideas and experiance to all members
thank you sir
all the best
