Dear Traders,

If any users finds no updates or slow updates in quotes and charts, then clear your router/modem cache by restarting it fully ( switch off and on your router or modem power source ) this is not server side issue.

Hi,

To get high speed quotes and charts updating super fast select "Essential" in connection tab of your GLS Metatrader (It can be found on right lower corner of your Metatrader terminal) Right click on connection tab and select Essential as your connection choice. Select "Gateway One or Gateway Two" only if "Essential" data connection is slow.
