Hi all,

I need your views regarding this:

Stocks which lead the returns continue to do so for a long time. What I plan to do is to buy top 50/nse200 yearly gainers when market corrects for 2.5k amount per sock. Get out if any stocks falls 10 rank and take in the new entrant and so on. Check/rebalance this on weekly basis.
This way you weed out the underperformers and continue with the out performers.
Its an amazing idea... Great thought wd wd:thumb:

Thinking differently is a great sign of upcoming success....

Where can we get the list of stocks in CNX Alpha , updated on a regular basis ?
As per NSE the index would be reviewed by last trading day of Dec,Mar,Jun and Sep of each year. one can updated stocks from nse time to time. based on that one can re balance the portfolio. (Need not to worry about weightage equal amount allocation to each stock is enough)

Any no voice investor can copy cat the index via simple buy and hold. if one understands the methods to pick stocks then no need to rely on this index (NSE has shared this also)

This index can also useful for traders whether they can be swing, positional or intraday trader. They can measure their performance keeping benchmark of this system
