Yes ..you can take it ..but you need to make rules too...that will come only when you trade your method and look/observe what happens in that ranges....
I too use it now days but for exits /move tsl...yesterday TSL is with 2 reason we got pivot (though our rulewise its not)below 50% WRB and it also below PDH as rejection...even you can take trades in sideways using failure at those levels
But better develop it your own by observing those levels which I reco to all ...
One more thing is that if you are multi lot trader then these ranges are good place for partial booking profit
