Started following Gann for last couple of weeks as a day-trading aid that purely runs on price levels & found quite interesting. Still too early to judge. I don't believe in paper trading, it removes greed/fear factor frm trading. Hence trading with one lot of minifty to have adrenaline running. Some grey areas are Stop loss & Target (of course these two are universal grey areas for all traders!!!). Hopefully you r right in saying that Gunn won't dump us.

BTW I didn't enter for the last leg as Yahoo stopped updating live charts at around 13:40.

In gann calculator, if we insert yesterdays closing price in box, then how would be the results ?

Just i checked in some scripts, working nice, razx could u test the results please

I found that widget for Gann Calculator is available at the website:
http://www.pivottrading.50webs.com/pivot/pivot/widgets.html

You can copy it to a notepad and save it is Gann Calculator.html and this will work from your desktop. This is an alternative to Excell suggested earlier. Only you have to add <html> one line above the beginning and after the end add in a new line </html>

I am producing the copy of such widget below which can be just copy pasted to a notepad and saved on the desktop ( or anywhere to your liking) as Gann Calculator.html It is important to save it as .html

At the above link many other widgets are also available like :
Simmple Pivot Calculator, Modified Pivot calculator, Nifty trend, Fibanocci Calculator, Advanced fibanocci calculator, Cremela calculator, Elliot Wave Calculator, Advance Elliot Wave Calculator, EOD Charts and so on

The site contains lot of information and tools. If you all know about it and this is reduant sorry for taking your time. If it is not known to some they can have a look and I am sure it will be appreciated. All downloads are free if you need to download anything.

If everything is free and does not need even registration what is their business model - only Ads ? Can any one throw light

u ul hit stoploss as soon as market opens...dont try it..n also u have to put order preopen..y all that stuff when u can easily enter market as soon as it opens

aqll those r horrible man..yahoo/google finance/quotetracker..i have tried all that..y bother when u have nseindia..tame lite
