i dont have options of daytrading cause live in gulf, i hold the followg shares

i bought it when sensex was around 18000 roughly....i started investing only a year ago...shld i sell them and buy other shares or shld i hold them?
around 70,000 rs loss...how can i make profit? gurus pl help
