I wish to buy Dec 2011 option. I am bullish for the period. cmp for 6000 call is 702. what strategy I have to follow. at what rates it is good for a buy.

HI niftywaves.as your name suggest that you are going with nifty so why you goes ahead of nifty.it is most time useless because bid/ask spread is so wide and volume is so low .do you think that nifty can surpass 6702 by dec 2011?if you think so than you will go for bull call spread.rate is depend on current volatility /intrest rate .now their is no volatility in 6000 call.it is wrong to say dec 2011 option i call it dec 2011 leap .i think this is useless casino type adventure .

hi veru.option basic is not for indian market alone .it is not coustmise .it is standarice for whole world.you can go for NSE site and than go for NSFM>NCFM MODULES>OPTION TRADING STRATIGIES MODULE.YOU WILL FIND IT.

If I pressume that NIFTY will touch 5600 but will not cross 5800 in aug or sep. What option strategies will be best and cost effective?.
