Fyers web is showing error if i try to open NSE:ESCORTS, Its says "Invalid Symbol", but all other scripts are working fine.
Any one facing same issue?
Hello @naveen_talkin, This can happen to various reasons such as disconnection to the server etc. When this happens, make sure you Reload the page. Otherwise, even upon loading the chart repeatedly, the same error will pop-up. Reloading the page will solve the problem.

Today, my position was executed barely at the end of a tiny spike near a breakout-level, it barely hit my Stop entry order but the order was still showing as pending on the chart but thankfully, I checked to see if it was executed or not. Such a thing could be very dangerous for the traders, if the order gets executed but they don't know it since the chart is still showing a pending order. Someone else had also pointed out this issue a while back, so it needs to be looked at very seriously. I think it was mentioned, at the time, that clicking Refresh Trading Details or putting in another order would make it visible but again, if the trader doesn't know that it was executed then he mayn't refresh trading details, & he mayn't necessarily need to put in another order for a while, in which time, the trade could move significantly against him. Previously, I'd also talked about a sound-alert for trade-execution, which is a very basic but necessary feature for day-traders, which could avoid such a situation.
Hi, Currently we have done a few things to deal with this. However, thanks for pointing this out. We will optimize this in the future.

On a different note, I've recently received e-mails from several brokers, asking for income proof, which I think is a regulatory requirement for trading F&O, so how do I go about doing that with Fyers?
The documentation requirements for us to enable you in the F&O segment is the same as with other brokers as per the rules of SEBI. If you are not already enabled in F&O segment, you can write to us so at [email protected]. Our team can take it forward with you.

I had this issue
@Tejas Khoday Possible to have Refresh trading details button at top panel rather than under dashboard setting icon
Yes, we can do it. Your feedback has been noted and we will work on the same. We shall update everyone on this thread once it has been done. Thanks for your useful suggestion @Snake.Head .

i dont have the need to be right all the time ..... but i was surprised that this is exactly they are heading .....it seems to me atleast ...

lending

ignore my ignorance ... if these are different.
What I meant was, one trader who has a trading account with a brokerage might not be allowed to lend to another client of the brokerage with a trading account. Such flows of capital may not be encouraged by our regulator. Starting an NBFC and giving out small ticket secured loans in capital markets is a very normal thing to do. The execution is really important.

I agree, it is confusing, so I'm sure that they'll receive more queries about it in the future. Nonetheless, did their support not reply to your query at all or did they not offer a satisfactory answer?

They just acknowledged the ticket and said they will get back
