Thanks all for your kind advice. Everyone shared their own view, appreciated. I like the reality of member named 'ryan4ucar'.

I am still having a tough fight against my interest and current job, and I am hope sooner than later I will be moving out of this nasty(body-wash) IT industry. Though I am best performer here, struggling with kind of junk work, political game and all that.

Let me update you guys as move along.... :)
