If it is infrequent as like that, it maybe wifi connection or a slow CPU

3. system config kya hai ?

mine is 1gb ram, 1.6 ghz atom processor 512 kb cache.. net book, not even lappy.. Net speed is lesser than desktop. still it downloads 1 gb in approx 7,8 min...

Here's the fullscreen snip showing how much 1 gb ram is squeezed... Chrome ke liye ram nahi hai.. So i use IE for TJ purpose.. Don knw why today ram is in severe shortage....:annoyed:

Bhai, you also have right dominant brain, you don't require external hardware to speed up things, I bet you will get the same results with even a Slate.

192.168.1.1 may not necessarily work
See your default gateway. it maybe 192.168.0.1 or 2.1
and if its a wireless+usb device also it wont work

That depends which server is being pinged. Anything under 50-70 ms is acceptable within India
