STT 0.017% On selling turnover
NSE Charges 0.0030% on turnover
Service tax 10.30% On Brokerage and NSE charges
Stamp Duty 0.002% on turnover

Turnover is calculated as total buy value (price of share*quantity) + total sell value(price of share*quantity).

This is or futures and independent of broker, and it should be almost same for CASH market. You have the idea more or less now.

Call your broker and ask him about STT, service tax, Stamp duty.

0.017% is charged in FnO.
Mr. Jophy seems to purchase shares on Delivery basis.

STT is 0.025% in selling Turnover for Intraday Transactions.
